However, please note that engraved or custom-made items can only be exchanged or refunded in the case of a manufacturer’s fault, following our Love it or Burn it policy.
For the quickest exchange process, simply contact us to purchase replacement items in a new order. Return the unsuitable items, and we’ll expedite your refund. Alternatively, send the items back to us for an exchange, and we’ll promptly dispatch the replacements upon receiving your return. The processing time generally ranges from a few days to a week or two, depending on return shipping and customized order processing.
Overseas Exchanges:
For overseas exchanges, purchase a replacement item in a new order and return the unsuitable items for a refund.
Combine Shipping:
Thinking of exchanging something? Combine the replacement item with additional purchases, paying shipping for the entire combined order.
